AGHA box-type nitrogen generator utilizes pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Using clean compressed air as raw material, it selects high-quality adsorbents and operates under specific pressure conditions. Leveraging the different adsorption capacities of the adsorbents for nitrogen and oxygen, software programs control the opening and closing of pneumatic valves, managing the alternating and cyclical adsorption of the adsorbent tank. Nitrogen and oxygen separation is achieved through pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration, yielding nitrogen gas of the desired purity.
